Most mail programs come built in with an address book feature, or a nickname list. In Eudora Light you can access this via TOOLS --> NICKNAMES. Then all you do is create a new nickname, and assign that nickname the Email address of the intended recipient. In other programs this is noted as an Address Book, and is accessed similarly.
