Email Know How - Leave Mail
on Server This section deals with general topics about e-mail. It is a good resource to learn more about e-mail concepts and practices. The only time that you should actually enable Leave mail on server is when you are checking your email from two (or more) locations, (from the office and at home), and would like to be able to get all of your mail at both locations. If you are checking your email only from home, then it is safe to disable this option. You can also tell it to Leave Mail On Server until the mail is a certain number of days old, then it will be deleted.
