Eudora Light / Pro 1.x - 2.x:

Select the Tools -> Options (or Special -> Configuration) menu
Select the Fonts & Display category
Enable the "Show all headers (even the ugly ones)" option
Click on OK

Eudora Light / Pro 3.x - 5.x:

Open the message by double-clicking on it and select the "Blah Blah Blah" button in the toolbar at the top of the message. (No, that is not a typo. It really says "Blah Blah Blah")

Netscape Mail 3.0:

Select the Options -> Show Headers -> All menu item

Netscape Messenger 4.0:

Select the View -> Headers -> All menu item

Microsoft Internet Mail/Outlook Express/Outlook 98:

Click on a message
Select the File -> Properties menu
Select the Details tab

Microsoft Outlook 97:

Click on a message
Select the File -> Properties menu
Select the Internet tab

Microsoft Outlook 98:

Double-click on a message
Select Select View -> Options
