Site Moving - How to Move with out stress

Our goal is to make your move painless and seamless for your business!

We will take care of moving your site for you if you are going to host with us*! We prefer to move web sites on Fridays so there is very little interruption to your customers using the web site or email. We will review your existing site and tell you exactly what to expect and what is needed to make a successful move.

What should you do to prepare for a site move?

Make sure you have the login and password for your FTP (File Transport Protocol) access to you web site programs.
Make sure that you are listed as the Administrative Contact for your domain names.
Make sure you have the login and password needed to access all of your domain names.
Make a list of all the email accounts you need including any that is referenced on your web site. Example: Info@YourDomainName.com
Make a list of all your domain names and their expiration dates.

Note: We always try to make moves without any cost to you other than the normal initial setup and first months hosting fees. No one likes surprises that may cause a web site to be unavailable so we try to identify any issues and/or cost up-front if you give us access via you FTP login prior to moving. Then with all the information in hand will work with you to set a moving date...that's it, you just sit back and wait for it to be done! When we are done you will provided ALL the login/passwords and links you need to be in control of your web site.
